So back to normal..ish.
Finally got to the nurse yesterday where she zapped my other ear with the flusher so that should be me sorted now. Then off to the co op ,great excitement after a week . Supplies had got low for sure. Then collected fish and chips as had promised Dad them if I ever got out

Today it was a case of a few jobs and then heading off to the MS Centre in town for the sewing machine class.
No I don’t have MS but being a small place the centre caters for anyone with a long term condition.
So I took the material my eldest brought me back from Ghana 5 years or so ago ..delighted to make the outsides of 4 oblong cushions. The material is really vibrant and can’t wait to get them finished next week.A friend there used the rest of the material for 2 meditation cushions.
We had a talk about a retreat being run locally and although it’s not all my cup of tea I certainly have been doing some research this evening.
The dogs were great whilst I was out . Delighted to see me but not really rushing out for the loo..

Tomorrow is tai chi and I really missed that last week .
Might even master putting photographs on tomorrow 😀
