2 DAYS MISSING.. Where was I.. Nowhere really.

Made Sunday Lunch for Mum and Dad .. that seemed to take care of most of the day and then collecting 'stuff' from outside in preparation for the Storm.

Yesterday was mostly taken up with jobs and sort of hanging about for BT to do their stuff...
He was here early but.. they don't know really what the problem is except pulsing on the line and.. they don't know really how good they can make it.They are just trying to stabilise it for now..

The wind last night was pretty awful although its been much worse in the past.. No power cuts,phone still ok,radio still ok and ...tv working. Just had to check that one.

Not much happening today.Dogs walked ,jobs in progress and this afternoon back to the crafting.
I'm in the middle of a few things - one of which is Wonky Snoopy Burrows for a fundraising page I help on..

Took the 2 smaller dogs for their walk in the woods this morning - back home  - collected big dog then mum and dad and headed into town - Farmers Market Day.

Had a good chat with ' jam lady' and picked up a few different flavours.. Lime Curd,Raspberry and Lime Jam and a jar of tipsy compote... Apparently is you add a bit of Lime Juice to Lemon Drizzle it makes it more Lemony.. I will report back when I've tried this out.

Back home via a walk along the canal which was really peaceful and relaxing until on the return back to the car, big dog decided to be stubborn sitting down in the middle of the ,luckily deserted ,canal bridge... on our way again and home..

On the FODMAP front I decided to try some sourdough bread from the market - fingers crossed  - so far so good :)

Nothing to report on the Vit D front - only allowed one test on the NHS a year so that's in a few weeks . I did get it tested myself in the summer before I reduced the dosage so hopefully still up there.Although it's not very sunny here .. or very light a lot of the time now.

Still getting the hang of this..will try and add a photo - would like one as my header but haven't figured that out yet.. age  haha

I started a blog before.. Gave up...
The time seems right to have another go.
Empty nest.. Well for weeks at a time anyway. The days are getting shorter and Winters coming.

I'm not 100% how this is going to go.
Since a tried before I've been diagnosed with osteoporosis despite being 51 at the time.. Lots of tests but 'just ' a low Vitamin D found.

Still living in the sticks,trying to be good with my money..now with 2 dogs.

Sort of following the FODMAP diet for my IBS which seems to be working.. Mist of the time.

Still crafting.. Small fairs near Christmas on the horizon.

So there could be lots of things talked about or we could end up going in a certain direction We'll see..
